Project Overview
This 386-square-foot garage conversion in Burbank turned an underused garage into a bright, welcoming, extra living space. With a stucco exterior that complements the property, the new one-bedroom, one-bathroom ADU offers a comfortable, fully functional space without the need for a larger footprint.
Inside, an open floor plan and pitched ceilings create an airy feel, while thoughtfully placed windows bring in plenty of natural light. The kitchen features white cabinetry and a marble backsplash, complemented by a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, dedicated closet space, and a full-size washer and dryer.
Completed in six months, the project brings together everyday essentials and thoughtful design to make every square foot count.
